Welcome to the VelarisVelaris Gold Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms").
These Terms are an integral part of Velaris's User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail.
1. Campaign Overview
1.1. When you join the Campaign, you agree that the amount you commit will be held by Velaris during your participation.
1.2. The Campaign starts on 5th April, 2026, and has no set end date. Velaris reserves the right to change the duration at its sole discretion.
1.3. The name "Velaris Gold" refers solely to the name of the Campaign and does not relate to gold or any commodity.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a registered User of Velaris.
2.2. You are not eligible if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise had your permissions limited by Velaris under the User Agreement.
2.3. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions at Velaris's sole discretion.
3. Balance Committed to the Campaign
3.1. The minimum balance commitment is $1,000. The maximum commitment is $50,000.
3.2. The lock-up period for the Velaris Gold Campaign is 21 days. During this period, you may not withdraw your committed balance.
3.3. After the lock-up period, you may withdraw your funds at any time.
3.4. Velaris reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in unforeseen circumstances including significant market volatility.
4. Rewards
4.1. Velaris offers a tiered APY structure: (i) Basic rewards at 15% APY; and (ii) Bonus rewards at 30% APY, which apply to the first $10,000 of committed balance for the first 30 days.
4.2. Rewards are credited automatically to your Campaign account on a daily basis at 07:00 UTC, with compound interest calculation.
4.3. Rewards are calculated only for full calendar days on which you have committed your funds to the Campaign.
4.4. Past performance is not indicative of future Rewards.
5. Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability
5.1. Velarismakes no representations or guarantees regarding the profitability or returns associated with participation in the Campaign. Participation is solely at the User's own risk.
5.2. The Campaign is not a traditional financial deposit, investment product, or savings account.
5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velaris shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign.
6. Termination
Velaris may terminate or suspend your access to the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability.
7. Amendments
Velaris reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
