USER AGREEMENT

Welcome to Velaris. This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of Velaris, a financial technology platform that facilitates cryptocurrency deposits, enables payments using payment cards, and provides access to various financial services (the "Service" or "Services").

1. Introduction

• 1.1. The Services are provided by VelarisService Provider, (referred to as "Velaris," "us," or "we") to you, the "User" or "you".

• 1.2. Velaris provides its Services independently and is not a subsidiary or an affiliate of Telegram FZ-LLC.

• 1.3. By accessing and using Velaris, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with any additional policies, including Privacy Policy and terms referenced herein. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement, you should not use Velaris and must cease using the Services.

• 1.4. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such updates will be considered acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Risk Disclosure

• 2.1. The Services are currently not subject to oversight by any regulatory authority. You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability and risks associated with the Services.
• 2.2. Transactions involving virtual assets and financial services are inherently risky and can result in significant financial loss. You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose and seek independent financial and legal advice as needed.
• 2.3. Velaris disclaims any liability for significant price volatility, devaluation, delisting, forks, airdrops, or other risks related to Virtual Assets transactions.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

• 3.1. Before accessing the Services and registering your Account, you represent and warrant that:

  • a. You are at least 16 years old;
  • b. You are an individual of full legal capacity;
  • c. You legally own the Virtual Assets used for the Services;
  • d. You have not previously been suspended or removed from our Services;
  • e. You are not prohibited from our Services based on your location or citizenship.

• 3.2. Your account is automatically created when you access our bot. The Account is personal to you, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.

• 3.3. You agree to provide us with the information we request for the purposes of compliance and security of our Services.

• 3.4. You agree to promptly update any information you have provided to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

4. User's Rights and Duties

• 4.1. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-revocable, non-transferable license, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to access and use Velaris solely for accessing and utilising the Services under the Agreement.

• 4.2. Should you encounter any issues related to the Services, you can seek assistance via @support_bot.

• 4.3. You must use the Services strictly in accordance with this Agreement for personal use only. You may not sell, lease, or grant access to third parties.

• 4.4. You are restricted to creating and using only one Account: multiple accounts are not permitted.

• 4.5. You must not use any automated or manual tools, including bots, spiders, crawlers, scripts, or similar technologies, to access or interfere with any part of Velaris.

• 4.6. You are prohibited from using services such as Tor or VPNs to mask or alter your true location when accessing Velaris.

• 4.7. You must ensure the safety and security of your Velaris account, including safeguarding your login credentials.

5. Velaris's Rights and Duties

• 5.1. Velaris shall provide the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations.

• 5.2. Velaris reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the provision of any or all Services.

• 5.3. Velaris has the right to establish and modify limits and restrictions on the use of the Services, including transaction limits, deposit limits, and withdrawal limits.

• 5.4. Velaris has the right to request additional information or documents from the User for identity verification, source of funds, or to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements.

• 5.5. Velarishas the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a User's access to the Services in the event of a breach of this Agreement or confirmed suspicious activity.

• 5.6. Velaris shall take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of User information.

• 5.7. Velaris shall maintain records of User transactions and securely store personal data for up to 5 years, in compliance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention laws.

6. Velaris Services

With Velaris you may access to various Services as follows:

• 6.1. Cryptocurrency Deposits: Velaris allows you to deposit cryptocurrency to your account. Deposits are accepted in USDT across all supported blockchain networks, as well as in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), TRX (Tron), and BNB (Binance Coin).

• 6.2. Payment Cards: Velaris enables you to obtain and use virtual payment cards funded by your cryptocurrency balance. You can use these cards for online and in-store purchases wherever cards are accepted.

• 6.3. Earn Campaigns: Velaris offers various earn/staking campaigns that allow you to earn yields on your cryptocurrency holdings. Each campaign has its own specific terms and conditions. See our earn campaign terms for details:

7. Fees and Charges

• 7.1. Velaris may charge fees for certain Services, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. By proceeding, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• 7.2. Velaris reserves the right to change its fee structure at any time. Changes will be communicated to Users in advance.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

• 8.1. Velaris complies with applicable AML/KYC regulations. We reserve the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time during your use of the Services.

• 8.2. You agree not to use the Services for money laundering, tax evasion, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

• 9.1. All intellectual property rights in Velaris and the Services are owned by or licensed to Velaris. You are granted a limited license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

• 10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velaris shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

• 10.2. Velaris is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials or Telegram account.

11. Termination

• 11.1. Velaris may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

• 11.2. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Services.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
