Welcome to Velaris's Velaris Plus Campaign (the "Campaign"). Velaris Plus is our exclusive, internal investment program designed to generate substantial yields by allocating committed funds to high-growth opportunities, including venture capital startups and real estate projects. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge the associated risks.
These Terms are an integral part of Velaris's User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail.
1. Campaign Key Dates and Terms
1.1. The Campaign Start Date is 5th April, 2026.
1.2. The Campaign has no set end date. Duration may be subject to change at Velaris's sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information, please contact technical support.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a registered User of Velaris and meet minimum balance requirements.
2.2. You are not eligible if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise had your permissions limited by Velaris under the User Agreement.
2.3. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions at Velaris's sole discretion.
3. Balance Committed to the Campaign
3.1. The minimum balance commitment is $10,000. The maximum commitment is Unlimited.
3.2. The lock-up period for the Velaris Plus Campaign is 30 days. During this period, you may not withdraw your committed balance as funds are deployed into venture capital and real estate strategies.
3.3. After the lock-up period, you may request withdrawal. Processing time may vary depending on market conditions and liquidity.
3.4. Velaris reserves the right to extend the lock-up period or suspend withdrawals in unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to significant market volatility, liquidity constraints, or requirements of underlying investment strategies.
4. Rewards
4.1. Velaris offers a tiered APY structure: (i) Basic rewards at 30% APY; and (ii) Bonus rewards at 50% APY, which apply to the first $50,000 of committed balance for the first 90 days.
4.2. Rewards reflect the performance of the underlying investment strategies and may vary based on market conditions.
4.3. Rewards are credited automatically to your Campaign account on a daily basis at 07:00 UTC, with compound interest calculation.
4.4. Past performance is not indicative of future Rewards. The Campaign involves substantial risk, including possible loss of committed funds.
5. Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability
5.1. Velaris Plus involves high-risk investment strategies including venture capital and real estate. These investments can result in partial or total loss of committed funds. You should only participate if you can afford to lose your entire committed balance.
5.2. Velaris makes no representations or guarantees regarding the profitability or returns associated with participation in the Campaign.
5.3. The Campaign is not a traditional financial deposit, investment product, or savings account, and does not carry any guarantees comparable to regulated financial instruments.
5.4. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velaris shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign.
6. Termination
Velaris may terminate or suspend your access to the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
7. Amendments
Velaris reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
