Welcome to Velaris's Velaris Silver Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms are an integral part of Velaris's User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail.
1. Campaign Key Dates and Terms
1.1. The Campaign Start Date is 5th April, 2026.
1.2. The Campaign has no set end date. Duration may be subject to change at Velaris's sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information, please contact technical support.
2. Eligibility
2.1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a registered User of Velaris.
2.2. You are not eligible to access the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise had your permissions limited by Velaris for any reason under the User Agreement.
2.3. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Velaris reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.
3. Balance Committed to the Campaign
3.1. To participate, you must transfer a specified amount from your personal Velaris balance to the Campaign account.
3.2. The minimum balance commitment is $300. The maximum commitment is $5,000.
3.3. The lock-up period for the Velaris Silver Campaign is 14 days. During this period, you may not withdraw your committed balance.
3.4. After the lock-up period, you may withdraw your funds, either in full or in part, from your Campaign account at any time.
3.5. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign.
3.6. Velaris reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend the ability to withdraw committed balances in unforeseen circumstances — including significant market volatility or other adverse market conditions.
4. Rewards
4.1. Velaris offers a tiered APY structure: (i) Basic rewards at 7% APY; and (ii) Bonus rewards at 12% APY, which apply to the first $2,000 of committed balance for the first 60 days.
4.2. Rewards are credited automatically to your Campaign account on a daily basis at 07:00 UTC, allowing for compound interest calculation.
4.3. Rewards are calculated only for full calendar days on which you have committed your funds to the Campaign.
4.4. Past performance is not indicative of future Rewards, and Rewards may fluctuate or be discontinued at Velaris's sole discretion.
5. Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability
5.1. Velarismakes no representations or guarantees regarding the profitability or returns associated with participation in the Campaign. Participation is solely at the User's own risk.
5.2. The Campaign is not a traditional financial deposit, investment product, or savings account.
5.3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Velaris shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign.
6. Termination
Velaris may terminate or suspend your access to the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
7. Amendments
Velaris reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
